Bansun — Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Bansun website and app. Use the service only if you are legally permitted to do so and have authority to submit the information you provide. If you do not accept these conditions, do not use the service. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded by these terms.

Bansun offers informational Ethereum tools and AI assistance. It is not a custodian, exchange, broker, investment adviser, tax adviser or legal adviser. These service terms do not replace the applicable open-source software and model licenses.

You remain responsible for checking addresses, chain, recipients, units, values and permissions before acting. AI answers, risk scores, predictions, estimates and simplified documents can be wrong or incomplete. No score, receipt, badge or model agreement guarantees safety or profit.

Optional approval revocation is an on-chain action presented by your wallet. You authorize it yourself, pay applicable network fees and accept the risks of irreversible transactions. Bansun cannot reverse blockchain actions, recover stolen assets or reset a compromised wallet key.

Personal records are stored on your device unless you explicitly submit data to an online tool. Plain device storage and CSV exports are not encrypted. Vault storage is encrypted, but you must protect its passphrase, backups and recovery shares.

Browser eviction, clearing data, changing origin or losing a device can remove access. Export and verify backups before making changes. Bansun does not provide an automatic cloud backup or a guaranteed recovery service.

Do not use Bansun for unlawful activity, phishing, impersonation, credential theft, unauthorized access or deliberate harm to others. Do not bypass limits, overload the backend, exploit vulnerabilities or submit data you have no right to process. Network and capacity limits may restrict requests to protect service availability.

$BANSUN is not launched. There is no official token contract, presale, airdrop claim or staking service in this release. Descriptions of possible future utility or allocation are plans, not an offer, entitlement or promise of financial return.

Credit enforcement is disabled in this installation. The current interface is not a paid checkout. Any future paid service or token launch must have its own published conditions. Do not send funds to an address based only on a name or a support message.

Features depend on browsers, device capabilities, hosting, models, Ethereum RPC services and market-data providers. Availability, latency, coverage and output quality can change. Third-party services have their own policies and licenses. The project may update or discontinue features; no uptime or support-response guarantee is provided here.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or absence of defects. Bansun is not responsible for losses caused by relying on incomplete AI or third-party information, a transaction you authorize, compromised devices, or backups you fail to retain, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A particular jurisdiction or legal entity has not been designated by this page; these terms do not claim universal legal compliance.

When these terms change, the updated version and date will be published here. Review the page before relying on new functionality.

Use the official Bansun X profile, @bansun_ai, for project contact. Do not publish private records, passphrases, seed phrases, recovery shares or wallet keys. For privacy requests, describe the request without posting the underlying sensitive data.
